Mathews Chipango is a medical laboratory scientist with a Master’s degree in Biotechnology (Stem Cell and Tissue Regeneration) from Johns Hopkins University.

Through years of experience in clinical diagnostics and complex operational environments, he observed a consistent challenge across industries: critical decisions are often made with incomplete situational awareness, delayed information, or fragmented systems.

VisionAssist was created to address this gap.

The platform is designed as an environmental intelligence layer that perceives physical environments, understands context in real time, and assists people in making safer, faster, and more informed decisions across healthcare, industry, infrastructure, and large-scale operations.
